Today is the day that the 2013 Retiring Stamps and Accessories list has been released! There are some great bargains in there... scroll through and see which items have been reduced. On the ones that are reduced there are savings of up to 50% off, and I expect them to sell out pretty quickly. For example, many of the Designer Series papers are marked down, as well as ribbons and brads.
